Doe's anyone know where to find the chrome end caps in the U.S. or like any thing else " discontinued" ?

Thats gonna be a tough one because dealers generally never stocked parts like that. So your best bet is to call triumph. If there are any available thats likely the only way with the possible buy likely rare exception of ebay. Call triumph if you haven't.....they can tell you is any of the triumph headquarters in various countries or the UK have then. They're pretty good about that.

Heres the part # T1261248. A lot of places have them listed but that doesn't mean they can get them. But one place i have had good luck with even in recent times as far as OEM tbird parts is this place, and they say ships in 3 days which may not be the case but you might wanna email them and ask. Thanks Daz, will give them a call on availability. If so I'll also order my gaskets for the valve adjustment.
